If you have any concerns with the service you received, let me know within 48 hours and I will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy I am proud to offer.  New Client Policy:  Beauty by E requires all appointments to be reserved with a credit or debit card and a $15 deposit. You will not be charged for any service or product until after your completed appointment.  Cancellation Policy:Beauty by E requires 48-hour notice prior to any cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Canceling within 48 hours of your appointment will be considered a no-show and those fees will apply. Failure to give 48 hour notice or no show will result in 50% of the scheduled service fee. Rescheduling before the time of your appointment will result in no charge, but that date is final and may not be rescheduled. Late Policies: Please notify me if you are running late for your appointment. Running late may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available.$20 late fee will be applied if you’re between 15-20 mins late. If you are 30 mins or more late, your appointment will be treated as a no-show and fees may apply. Allergies: If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify me immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let me know prior to your appointment. Refund Policy: Because lash extensions require such gentle and strict maintenance requirements, I am  unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact me within 48 hours. All retail product purchases are final sale.  Refill Policy: I cannot guarantee that I can fill another lash artists work. In most cases, a removal in full set will be required. * Refill prices are based on a 30% requirement;anything less than that will be considered a full set.
